Signed in the summer of 2020 from Bideford, Phoebe is an all action midfield player whose energy and tenacity is a huge part of City's style of play.
Since her arrival, Baker has been one of the standout players in City's successes and in the title-winning 2023/24 season she scored four goals and provided a further ten assists.
A long range specialist, she also won three player of the match awards across her 28 appearances during the promotion campaign.
