The tour takes places on Saturday 20 July and will see the group begin at Bristol Rovers' Memorial Stadium before heading to Bristol Flyers, Bristol Storm, Broad Plain Rugby Club and Bristol City before returning to Rovers.
People wishing to take part can do so here, with registration costing £10. Teams are also asked to try and raise a minimum of £100 per person in each team in support of The Darby Rimmer MND Foundation.
