Plymouth Herald ranks Exeter City's kit as second best in League Two

Rivals back traditional design

Exeter City's kit for the new season has been ranked as the second best in League Two by the Plymouth Herald.

Herald journalist Beren Cross ran his judgement over the 24 kits that have been released in the division, with Cheltenham Town's new strip coming 24 and Plymouth Argyle's being ranked eighth. Portsmouth topped the poll.

Writing about Exeter City's new shirt, which is now available in the club shop, Cross wrote: "The simplicity of this year's is a sight to behold. This is a classic red and white striped jersey, with tasty black trim and a well-fitted collar."
