Tickets for Exeter City’s match at home to West Bromwich Albion on Saturday, January 6, are now on sale to gold, silver and bronze members and season ticket holders.

The prices for the game are as follows:
IP OFFICE MAIN STAND (home and away seating)
- Adult: £27
- Over-64/student: £24
- Under-18: £14
- Ambulant disabled assistant: Free
- Wheelchair/designated bay - adult/senior: £24 (with free assistant). Under-18s: £14 (with free assistant)
THATCHERS’ BIG BANK (home standing)
- Adult: £20
- Over-64/student: £17
- Under-18s: £8
- Ambulant disabled assistant: Free
- Wheelchair/designated bay – adult/senior: £17 (with free assistant). Under-18s: £8 (with free assistant)
There will be no advance discounts for the match.
The ticket release phases for the Emirates FA Cup match are as follows:
First phase: 12pm on Thursday, December 14 - 5pm on Saturday, December 16 (one ticket per member only)
In this phase tickets are available to gold members. These are Trust members (including Junior Grecians) with three or more years of continuous membership.
Season ticket holders in the IP Office Main Stand may also purchase their seat, but must do so in person or by telephoning the club on 01392 411243. Season ticket holders’ seats will only be held until 1pm on Friday, December 22.
Thatchers Big Bank season ticket holders can purchase their ticket online, in person or by telephoning 01392 411243. However, the easiest and quickest way for Big Bank season ticket holders is to buy on-line as they will avoid the queues for the in-person and phone sales.
Please note a gold member who is also a season ticket holder still only gets one-ticket - their seat in the IP Office or place on the Thatchers Big Bank - not two.
Second phase: 5pm, Saturday, December 16 – 12pm on Tuesday, December 19 (one ticket per member only)
The second phase is for silver members and those who have yet to take up their ticket allocation from phase one. A silver member is any supporter who is a fully paid-up member of the Exeter City Supporters’ Trust. However, they had to be a fully paid-up member of the Supporters’ Trust before the draw for the third round was made on Monday, December 4.
Please note the matchday ticket booth in Red Square will be open after our game against Stevenage on Saturday, December 16, for supporter eligible for phase one or two wishing to buy a ticket for the match at that point. However, the ticket booth and Red Square are already too busy with normal sales/collections and it is not possible to accommodate any WBA ticket sales pre-match.
Third phase: 12pm on Tuesday, December 19 – 1pm on Friday, December 22 (one ticket per member only)
The third phase of ticket sales is for all those gold and silver members yet to take up their ticket allocation as well as bronze members. Bronze members are non-Trust members who are season ticket holders or fully paid-up members of anyone or more of the affiliated supporters’ groups (at the time the FA Cup fixture was drawn – December 4). PLEASE NOTE: During the first three phases of sale there is a limit of one ticket per member/supporter. Online orders of more than one ticket in the first three phases will not be processed. If you wish to purchase for other qualifying members/supporters as well as yourself, you may only do so in person or by telephoning 01392 411243.
FOURTH PHASE: Ticket numbers may be restricted at this point depending on availability. Full details will be announced once the sales have been reviewed and availability confirmed.
