📝 Have you heard of the City Foundation?

Have you ever thought about joining the Exeter City Foundation?

The Foundation is a not-for-profit lottery that pays weekly and monthly cash prizes to members AND donates surplus funds to good causes at the Club.

You can join for just £10 per month.

Recently the Foundation funded some key infrastructure improvements at the Cliff Hill training ground, providing changing rooms, a toilet/shower and refreshment facilities adjacent to the new 3G pitch, removing the need for players to use the main facilities 300 metres away.

This will not only benefit the City playing staff using the 3G pitch to train, but also the City Ladies, Academy players, and make the facility more attractive for local clubs and players to hire. Money from the Foundation provided the major part of the funding for these facilities.

Foundation members Ruth and Paul Lawrence (pictured alongside first-team coaches Chris Weale and Dan Green and Foundation administrator Richard Horne), recently visited the training ground to take a look at the new facilities – and collect Ruth’s £1,000 winnings in July’s draw!

Organiser Richard Horne says he is delighted that the Foundation could make such a contribution to help with the off-field development of the football club.

He said: “Exeter City supporters have been putting money into the Foundation over the years and it’s important that surplus money is put to good causes at the Club.

"This is something that helps all aspects of the playing side of the club and it’s a facility that enhances the value of the 3G pitch."
