Customer Charter review meeting now on Tuesday July 24

Once again Exeter City invites you to take part in the annual review of the Supporter/Customer Charter.



The Charter is an important document that strengthens the bonds between the Football Club and the community which it serves.

Supporter engagement in reviewing our Charter is vital as the club continually looks for ways of working in consultation with supporters, customers and the community in order to maintain the highest standards of performance in an equality environment.  



We hope that by allowing our supporters to have their say on the way they are looked after, it will ensure that the club continues to represent the City of Exeter with pride on a local, national and international stage. 



The club is committed to striving to provide an excellent service for all its supporters and stakeholders. We welcome constructive input from supporters regarding customer improvement and satisfaction, and we value customer feedback on both positive and negative aspects of our business and activities.
