A big thank you to everyone who has taken the trouble to get in touch following our request for help in tracing our missing shareholders.
To date we have re-established contact with the holders of just over 500 shares and have re-awakened some lovely family memories in the process.
There are still a lot more out there waiting to be discovered so can we ask all of you to rack your brains and ransack your attics and let us have any information you think might help us to find some more.

If you have information that you think can help us (updated details or next of kin) please send it to: shares@ecfc.co.uk or write to the Trust c/o the Club marking the envelope “shares” so we can make sure it goes to the right person.
Please reply by Friday 19 June. We are anxious to avoid the need to repeatedly send out formal documentation and accounts to deceased persons and incorrect addresses so we aim to bring the Register up to date by the end of June and after that to start the procedure for cancelling the unclaimed shares.
Once the shares are formally cancelled they are likely to be gone forever. We don’t want that to happen so please act NOW!
