💪 Keep fit at Home with Connor Derbidge: Part 3️⃣

With the country currently in lockdown as we fight the Covid-19 outbreak, it is important that we look after both our physical and mental health and well-being.

Exeter City's Strength and Conditioning Coach, Connor Derbidge has put together his third and final quick home workout of five exercises that will take roughly 20 minutes to complete that anyone can try in their homes or gardens!

The workout aims to work the whole body and made up of the following exercises:

  1. Squat with Shuffle
  2. Plank get-ups
  3. Side plank dips
  4. Flutter kicks
  5. Rebound Lunges/Squats

Connor recommends that you start with 20 seconds work and 40 seconds rest for a light workout.

If you find that too easy, try a medium workout of 30 seconds work and 30 seconds rest. If you want to go hard, then 40 seconds work and 20 seconds rest.

Then repeat each exercise five times!
