20/21 Season Ticket holders won't miss a minute of the league action while games are being played behind closed doors at St James Park due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Starting with City's home match against Port Vale on Saturday, September 19 the club will be providing codes for use on iFollow.
EFL rules state that we are only allowed to provide codes for home matches, so Season Ticket. holders will be required to purchase match passes for away and cup matches should they wish to watch.
In order to receive the iFollow codes, please ensure you have either registered for or have an existing iFollow account.
- The email address you use for your iFollow account should be the same one you have registered for your season ticket with the club.
Please ensure you make a note of your username and password and that you check to ensure your credentials work by logging in to iFollow
Each game will require a unique pass code and an email will be sent out no later than 72hours prior to the match, which will contain your unique pass code
Only 1 pass code can be issued per email address, so any groups or families that share an email address will receive one iFollow pass regardless of how many season tickets were purchased.
We know that iFollow is no substitute for attending home matches, however as a loyal supporter we wanted to ensure you had access to the games until we can welcome you back safely to SJP.
