Exeter City fan Alex Gajic has been voted the Supporters' Club's 'Supporter of the Year' for the 2019/20 season.
Alex has been ever present both home and away, impressively travelling from Bideford for all matches. Whether Alex travels to home or away games, he usually has to pay to stay in a hotel for a couple nights as no early or late transport back to Bideford.
Not only has Alex attended first team games, he also goes to watch both the youth and Women's team play and is a familiar face amongst players and fans alike.
The presentation would normally have taken place on the pitch during half time at the last home game of season. Unfortunately, the Supporters' Club could not do this, so Roger Hamilton-Kendall, last season’s winner handed over the trophy to Alex.
The Supporter’s Club organise the 'Supporter of the Year' award on behalf of the football club with the award recognising the passion and unique ways in which our brilliant fan base support the club we all love.
All through this and every season, hundreds and hundreds of Grecians dedicate their time and make huge sacrifices to support their team.
We would like to thank all those who took the time to nominate supporters and we received a record amount of nominations this year.
Everyone who was nominated had made huge contributions as a supporter to the football club, however, there can only be one winner and this year the accolade goes to Alex Gajic.
