👥 Cutouts... It's time to go home! (Delivery info)

Thank you to all supporters that have already contacted the club with details of how we can safely return your cutouts.

Due to the large volume of emails, which continue to arrive daily we are currently working our way through them. If you haven't yet received a reply, our apologies, we will get to you soon.

We now have details of the cost for those of you who want your cut out returned by post.

We will be using the courier used by the Club shop, together with packing the cost will be £10. The good news is that the price will remain £10 even if we are returning 2 or 3 to the same address. As they are light that they do not breach any weight restrictions.

The cutout will be sent out as soon as we receive payment.

How to pay:

Please use this link to the Club shop: shop.exetercityfc.com/products/stadium-cut-out-returns

We will check the payments daily, so you should soon be reunited with your cut out!

Now, as we prepare to welcome supporters back to St James Park, it's time for the cutouts to head home and here is how:

If you have a Cut Out please contact: customerservices@exetercityfc.co.uk

Tell us either:
  • That you will be collecting your cutout from Red Square on Sunday July 4 between 10am-3pm.
  • That you will not be collecting your cutout and you give permission for us to recycle them.

The sooner you let us know your wishes the longer our volunteers will have to prepare them for collection.

About the Cutouts

Almost a year ago many of our very generous supporters purchased cutout versions of themselves, their children , friends and even a few pets to ensure that there was Grecian support at St James Park and at Wembley for the play-off final against Northampton Town.

It also meant welcome extra income for the Club in the uncertain days of the first Covid lockdown.

The cutouts were transported to Wembley where a team of volunteers from the London Exiles put them in place and took them down again for the return trip to Devon very soon after the match.

The cutouts were stored safely at SJP until it was confirmed that games were to be played behind closed doors for the foreseeable future. Once more they were needed to inspire our team and those supporters watching on ifollow.

So in October they returned to the Stagecoach Adam Stansfield Stand, thanks to another team of volunteers where they remained until the weather worsened in December when we brought them in from the wind and rain.
