Matt Taylor has called the draw against Rochdale a "learning moment" for his players as he reacts to Saturday's 1-1 result.
Speaking after the game the manager said:
"It was a difficult first half. Very difficult conditions to start with, but we played with a lot more intent in the second half. We done well on the front foot and played more balls around their back line. We were more purposeful."
On George Ray's header, which opened the defender's account for the Grecians, the boss said:
"We had to utilise the long thrown in the windy conditions, and the second phase off the back of that, and we scored a really good header. WE want more goals from those personnel, so really pleased with that."
