🦽 Disabled Supporters Association welcome donation towards new chair

The Exeter City Disabled Supporters' Association would like to thank supporter Richard Brown after the donation of money towards a new wheelchair to be kept at St James Park.

Mr Brown kindly donated £120 to the DSA to purchase a new chair for supporters who find they may need assistance on matchday, and thanks to Exeter Disability Centre, the new chair has been purchased.

The new chair was presented to Richard and Dave Jones of the DSA by manager of Exeter Disability Centre, Martin Denning, ahead of last weekend's 2-0 win over Sutton United at St James Park (pictured above).

The club's new Disability Liaison Officer, Jeanne Jones, has thanked both Mr Brown and the Exeter Disability Centre for their help.

"We'd like to say a huge thank you to Richard for his kind donation which has allowed us to purchase this new chair. Martin and the Exeter Disability Centre offered a hugely discounted rate on the chair and we are really grateful this.

"It will allow us to have a spare chair on matchdays, should any supporter feel they need use of it, or if someone was to become injured or unwell."
