'One of our Own', Jack Sparkes outrageous last minute winner against Harrogate Town has been voted YOUR Vospers Motors Goal of the Month for February.
With City fighting back from 3-1 down to level the scores at 3-3, the clock hit the 95th minute and City continued to push forward. Matt Jay picked up the ball in the middle of the Park, was quickly closed down and the ball diverted to Archie Collins, he spread the ball out wide to Jack Sparkes who found himself in space on the left of the box. Sparkes cut inside his man and calmly lift the ball into the top right corner with the outside of his boot, cueing hysteria around St James Park.
