The latest Grecian to join the ranks, Vincent Harper, has given his first interview after joining the club this week.
The 22-year-old joins from Eastleigh and will provide a left side option for Gary Caldwell as he builds his squad for the 2023/23 League One season. It's a step up for Harper, who makes the jump from the National League, but he is relishing the challenge ahead.
"I'm buzzing to be here as it was a few weeks in the making," he said.
"I'm looking forward to embracing the challenge and seeing what League One football is all about. I also want to show the Exeter fans what I'm about.
"I met Gary and he sold the club to me, and I was buying into what he was saying. This is a really good match for me and I think it'll go well. I know the area well, coming from Bristol, and it's nice to be back down this way.
"I'm an energetic player that is a full back who can play wing back. I love to defend and tackle, but going forward too and injecting a bit of energy. It's going to be great to have competition in those places as it really brings the very best out of you, it makes you want to work hard.
"Ultimately, I want to be successful, both individually and as a team."
