Midfielder Ryan Woods has given his views ahead of City's clash with Stevenage on Saturday, as well as reflecting on his time at the club since joining on loan in January.
Woods has gained plaudits from City fans for his performances since his switch from Hull City, and he says while he remains switched off from outside noise, it is nice to hear positive opinions.
"I don't see too much and try not to read it, but it's great to hear. Especially after a difficult period for quite a long time, it's nice to show people what I'm all about again," he said.
"People forget about you pretty quickly and it's nice to show them all again what I can do. I feel like there is still a lot more to come from me and hopefully I can still do that from now until the end of the season and we'll see what happens aftern that.
"Stevenage have had a fantastic season and Steve has done a really good job there. It'll be a different test for us, they'll be very strong and aggressive, but we have to stand up to that and implement our own style on them.
"But we want to be progressive with that and cause them a lot of problems."
