Exeter City's assistant manager Kevin Nicholson has given his thoughts ahead of City's trip way down west to Mousehole on Monday.
The Grecians head down to Cornwall for a four day training camp, with training and activities planned as a bonding session for the team ahead of the new season.
Nicho was the player-manager at the Seagulls in 2018-19 and has fond memories of his time way out west, and played a key part in organising the trip for a second year running. He said:
"I can't believe it's been a year already. They treated us so well, they were so welcoming. Billy does an amazing job on the pitch there so we really enjoyed it.
"It's the first day of three nights down there and we are going to use it for some training and team bonding.
"Pre-season is seven or eight weeks long this time around and it's a lot of work they put in. It's a lot of physical work, doing double sessions every day. So to get away and go to a couple of other places in Cornwall, we've got a few things lined up that the players may not know about which will test them!
