Exeter City Women will face Plymouth Argyle at Coach Road on Wednesday, April 2nd in the final of the Devon FA Challenge Cup.
This is a new competition brought in this season as part of a restructure of the Women's County Cup. To be eligible for entry, clubs must compete in the FA Women’s National League Division One South or above, and so the Grecians will face Argyle in the inaugural final.
The final, which is a 7.15pm kick-off at Coach Road, will be the fourth time City and Argyle will face each other this season. So far the Grecians have won three out of three, with a 3-0 win in the league at Home Park followed by a 5-1 demolition job in the FA Cup. Most recently, Sophie Gillies' goal was the difference between the two sides at Coach Road on a Wednesday evening at Coach Road.
