Refer a Friend Scheme - Matchday casual workers
Through this scheme, staff who introduce a friend to a Casual Worker role within our Matchday Operations Team can in return receive a Β£20 payment.
You will be eligible to receive the refer a friend incentive payment if you meet the following criteria:
- You must be directly employed or engaged as a casual worker by Exeter City AFC Ltd (ECFC),
- The friend is successfully appointed, completes 3 full matchday shifts and confirms who referred them on their application form.
The scheme does not apply to:
- Agency workers, Contractors or anyone who is not an employee or casual worker of ECFC.
If you are currently employed or working for us as a casual worker and know of someone that is looking for casual work then refer them and receive Β£20
How does the person I am referring apply for a post?
All vacancies can be found on our website and details of how to apply. Applicants simply need to submit their application for a casual worker position and on the application form where it states βWhere did you hear of this position?β state that it is a referral and the referrals name.
How do I apply for a referral payment?
Once your friend has been successfully appointed, please send an email to hr@ecfc.co.uk to apply for your payment. Please make it clear in the email the full name and job title of the person you are referring. Referrals must be applied for within three months of the friend starting work. HR will email you confirming when the payment will be made and payment will be made through payroll.
