Accessing Your Ticketing Account

Single Sign On

We recently introduced Single Sign-On (SSO) across our main club website (Grecian+) and ticketing website. This is designed to simplify the way you access Grecian+ and our ticketing platform. With SSO, you are able to access Grecian+ and our ticketing platform with only one account - same email address and password - without needing to log in repeatedly.

If you have a Grecian+ account and a ticketing account, connect them using the steps below.

Connect My Account

1. Go to login on tickets.ecfc.co.uk 
2. Select 'Sign in with your Exeter Account'. Please note, you must have a Grecian+ account for this to work. 
3. Enter your Grecian+ email and password 
4. Click 'Log in' 
 

If your account doesn't have all the necessary information, you will need to complete this before being able to save your account. After you have completed your account, you will be logged into your ticketing account and the two accounts will be linked.
