Priority Status Information

Priority status will be classified into three categories: Gold, Silver and Bronze.  
 
Anyone with a Priority status will also have a corresponding Priority Number. 
 
Each priority group member will be eligible to purchase one ticket during the Gold, Silver or Bronze phase.

GOLD

Supporters who hold 3 or more years of continuous membership of Exeter City Supporters’ Trust including Junior Grecians (at the time of the fixtures release for sale or a cup fixture is drawn).

SILVER

Supporters who are fully paid-up members of Exeter City Supporters’ Trust including Junior Grecians (at the time of the fixtures release for sale or a cup fixture is drawn).

This recognises Exeter City Supporters’ Trust as the primary group. 

BRONZE

Non Trust members who are Season Ticket holders or fully paid-up members of any one or more of the affiliated supporters’ groups (at the time of the fixtures release for sale or a cup fixture is drawn).

(NB. Should a supporter be a member of more than one affiliated supporters group,  e.g. a Season Ticket holder and member of East Devon Grecians, this will not constitute any additional priority).

  • Exeter City Supporters Club of Norway
  • Red or Dead Contributor
  • 1931 Club member
  • Senior Reds

Please note that this may differ from a membership number that is held within an affiliate supporters’ group.

Season Ticket holders will find their Priority Number on their Season Ticket.  

How the Priority System will operate in practice

All Home League and Priority Away Games:

Phase 1Gold MembersGold Priority Members to have first choice of any available tickets.
Phase 2Silver MembersGold and Silver Members can purchase any available tickets.
Phase 3Bronze MembersGold, Silver and Bronze Members can purchase any available tickets.
Phase 4General SaleAny unsold tickets offered for General Sale.

All Home Cup Games

Phase 1Season Ticket HoldersSeason Ticket holders to claim their reserved tickets (seat or space on the Big Bank).
Phase 2Gold MembersGold Priority Members to have first choice of available tickets. Unclaimed reserved Season Tickets will be released for sale.
Phase 3Silver MembersGold and Silver Members can purchase any available tickets.
Phase 4Bronze MembersGold, Silver and Bronze Members can purchase any available tickets.
Phase 5General SaleAny unsold tickets offered for General Sale.

All Away Priority Cup Games:

Phase 1Gold Members and season ticket holdersGold Priority Members to have first choice of any available tickets.
Phase 2Silver MembersGold and Silver Members can purchase any available tickets.
