Exeter City forward Millenic Alli has been nominated for the Sky Bet League One player of the month for December.

A stellar month in red and white for Milli saw him net four goals and provide an assist for Josh Magennis at Burton Albion.

And the quality of the goals was even more impressive, with Milli scoring a rocket from just outside the box away at Burton and a solo goal that showed off his strength against Crawley Town.

Milli is up against Omar Beckles of Leyton Orient, Miles Leaburn of Charlton Athletic and Jay Stansfield of Birmingham City for the award.

Here is what the nomination said:

"At 24, Alli has come late to the EFL. His acceleration and impressive upper body strength makes him hard for full-backs to stop, while his four goals and an assist in a free-flowing Exeter team included stunning strikes versus Burton and Crawley."

The winner is announced on Friday. The judging panel for the Sky Bet Player of the Month comprises Sky Sports’ EFL expert Don Goodman; EFL Chief Executive Trevor Birch and Sky Bet EFL trader Ivor Davies.
