Junior Grecians Zone
The Junior Grecians Family Zone is open on most match days, and available for use by all family visitors to St James Park.
The Junior Grecians are the Official Junior Supporters Club of Exeter City FC and its members have exclusive use of the Zone from 12:30pm until it is available to all families at 1:30pm.
The room provides a safe comfortable environment for families to enjoy pre-match entertainment, such as a large screen TVs, Playstation consoles and Table Football, as well as the option to enjoy refreshments from the Zone’s very own kiosk.
A feature wall displaying a packed Big Bank also provides a photo-sharing opportunity using the #jgzone hashtag. There are activities and competitions to suit all junior age groups, from EA FC24 and Table Football tournaments to free Activity Packs for younger children.
The Family Zone and Stadium Family areas are supervised by Junior Grecians volunteers who have undergone DBS checks and our aim is to make a family visit to St James Park as enjoyable and trouble-free as possible.
Family Zones
At St James Park, we have two dedicated Family Areas, which are perfect to watch the action from. These are Block E of the Nevada Construction Stand, which is the stand in which the dugouts and tunnel are located. We also have a small standing section of the Big Bank, which is clearly identified by the white barriers (the rest of the Big Bank barriers are red) - this allows our slightly taller youngsters a chance to stand amongst the most vociferous supporters.
For busier matches where Block E is sold out, we also recommend Block A in the Optimising IT Adam Stansfield Stand, located opposite the Selco BW Stand. Within this stand there is a small Junior Grecians fan zone, which includes table football, a picture wall and beanbags.
The Family Zones are identified in orange in the image below:
Meet the Mascots!
At Exeter City, we have two wonderful mascots - meet Grecian and Lexi the Lions! You can find Grecian and Lexi causing havoc around SJP on a match day! They might be lions, but they're the friendliest lions in town. Don't be afraid to stop them and ask for a photo, but be aware they'll probably try and play tricks on you!
If they aren't in the Junior Grecians Zone meeting our lucky VIP guests and excited youngsters, you'll likely see them pitchside before the game, trying their best to get involved in the players' pre-match warm up!
Fan Zone
The perfect place to hang-out before a match is the Fan Zone, located in front of the club shop and reception. Each match, our friendly ambassador team will be handing out a sticker of a first team player which you can collect throughout the season, and you'll find our Supporter Liasion Officer Richard Knight hosting some kind of activity, such as Play Your Cards Right, where prizes include a signed match ball or shirt.
There will also be plenty of announcements, and if you're lucky enough you may even get the chance to read out the team sheet at 2pm! When it's hot, you might even sneak a free ice lolly!
First time Visitors can pick up a welcome sheet from the Ambassador Team that defines all you need to know about Exeter City. If it is your first visit please let us know by emailing customerservices@exetercityfc.co.uk and we will endeavour to make it memorable for you.
Guard of Honour
Want to be on the pitch as the players enter SJP? Then be part of the flag waving Guard of Honour!
The Guard of Honour fills up quickly, so if your child would like to be part of the flag waving team welcoming the players and officials onto the pitch at a future game please email customerservices@exetercityfc.co.uk. Children taking part not only get on the pitch but also receive a certificate of participation and a bag of sweets.
Club Shop
The Club Shop is the perfect place to grab all your Grecian goodies, such as replica shirts and team wear. We also have a host of pocket money items such as stationary, cuddly toys, magnets and key rings plus plenty of other ECFC memorabilia.
Match Day Programme
Our award winning programme 'The Grecian' can be found on sale around the ground. From 2023 we have partnered with Curtis Sport to create eye-catching and unique covers, with plenty of excellent ECFC related content inside.
