Irishman earns spot in select XI for Barnet performance
City midfielder Jimmy Keohane has been picked in the npower League 2 Team of the Week, following an impressive performance against Barnet.
The Irishman put in an all-action display in the midfield after being granted a starting berth for the Bees’ visit. Some direct running, cutting passes and an indefatigable work-rate didn’t go unnoticed by the selectors.
Meanwhile, former City man Daniel Nardiello was also named in the weekly selection, following his two-goal salvo in Rotherham’s 4-1 win against Accrington.
