Thanks to all those that attended out Funday on Sunday at St James Park.
Fans braved the blistering heat to come and join in with the fun at the Park. But while they were able to watch in cool of the shade from the Flybe Stand, the players were being put through their paces by Paul Tisdale on the pitch – and with Tis hooked up to a microphone, there was no avoiding being named and shamed for wayward efforts in shooting practice!
Alan Gow helped out the Supporters’ Trust by pulling out the winning tickets for their raffle, with a selection of superb prizes on offer – and there was a barbecue, a range of classic programmes on sale, a bouncy castle for kids, and other bits and pieces for fans to get involved.
After the hour-long training session, the players posed for the 2013/14 team photo before getting their individual head and shoulders shots done. Then the squad joined fans on the Big Bank for the ever-popular Big Bank Photo, and finished up by signing autographs.
The Big Bank Photo is available to buy in high-quality print from Reception at St James Park for the price of £5.
