D’Ath’s goal against the Grecians

A flashback to the youngster’s corker against City

City fans that travelled to Whaddon Road earlier this season will know a thing or two about City’s new loan signing Lawson D’Ath.

Cheltenham won 3-0 on that afternoon, and the midfielder had just joined the Robins on loan from Reading.

Following long spells of pressure in the first half, the teams went into the interval goalless – but the breakthrough came via a debut goal for the youngster.  Picking the ball up on the left flank, the midfielder drove goalwards before unleashing an unstoppable strike to break the deadlock.  A brace by Keith Lowe rounded off the victory.
