Get bidding on a brilliant charity auction prize

Exeter City’s Football in the Community Charitable Trust and St Loye’s Foundation have teamed up to offer a great auction prize for two people of a VIP visit to the match against Rochdale on Easter Monday at St James Park.

The lucky winner will receive two Premium tickets for the Flybe Stand, a tour of the stadium, two-course lunch, a shirt signed by the players, a pitchside photo opportunity and matchday programmes.

The proceeds of the auction will be split equally between Football in the Community and St Loye’s Foundation’s Transitions and Positive Opportunities services.

Football in the Community helps around 50,000 adults, young people and children in Exeter and throughout Devon by delivering programmes in education, social inclusion, health and sports participation.  The charity encourages, inspires and includes people of all ages and abilities to get involved in sport.

St Loye’s Transitions helps Service veterans to establish a fulfilling new life after the military while Positive Opportunities enables people on the autistic spectrum to access training, volunteering and employment.

Jamie Vittles, Head of Community at Exeter City FC, said: “The services that St Loye’s provides for both veterans and those diagnosed with autism are really inspiring and can genuinely change the lives of the people they touch.  We are very proud to be associated with them.”

St Loye’s Community Fundraiser Phil Roberts added: “We are delighted to be working with Exeter City Football in the Community Charity; by teaming up in this way we’ll be able to improve the lives of many people while raising the profile of both charities to new audiences.”
