City to visit London Road for cup tie
Exeter City have been drawn away against League 1 side Peterborough United in the first round of the FA Cup.
The match is expected to take place on Saturday 9th November at 3pm at London Road, unless otherwise arranged.
It is the first time that the teams have met in the FA Cup since 1995, when the Posh were 1-0 winners at St James Park at the same stage. City haven’t won in Peterborough since 1988, when they snuck a 1-0 win in Division 4.
Peterborough currently sit third in Sky Bet League 1, just goal difference separating them from Wolverhampton Wanderers who occupy the second automatic promotion spot.
