Advance and gate/booth prices for St James Park
We can today announce the standard price of home tickets for matches at St James Park in the 2014/15 season.
For the 2014/15 campaign we have introduced advance ticket prices, meaning that supporters can make savings compared to the gate/booth prices by buying ahead of the game, up to three hours before the kick-off.
As well as getting a great discount, buying tickets in advance by using our online service also gives you the opportunity to pick your seats.

FAQ
Why are tickets cheaper in advance?
Advance tickets are incentivised because they allow the club to operate much more efficiently on matchdays.
How can I buy advance tickets?
Advance tickets can be bought in the following ways:
• In person at Reception at St James Park (9am-5.30pm Monday-Friday or ahead of kick-off and after full-time on home matchdays)
• By phone by ringing Exeter City on 01392 411 243 (opt 3) between 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.
• Online by clicking here (our online service also works on mobile phones)
When is the cut-off point for advance tickets?
Advance tickets can be bought up to three hours ahead of kick-off on matchday. That means for Saturday 3pm kick-offs, supporters have until midday on matchday to buy advance tickets. Tickets bought online or by phone will then be available for collection from the appropriate ticket booth from an hour before kick-off.
What charges will be applied to booking in advance?
Tickets bought in advance by phone or online will have a nominal booking fee of 25p per order if collected on matchdays, or they can be posted at the price of 65p second class or 80p first class per order. Tickets bought in advance in person from Reception by cash, cheque or debit card are not subject to any booking fees but credit cards will incur a £1 charge per order.
How can I pay for tickets?
Advance tickets can be paid in cash, cheque (payable to Exeter City AFC Ltd), debit or credit card in person when bought from Reception at St James Park, or by debit or credit card when bought online or by phone. Tickets bought on the gate/ticket booths should be paid for in cash.
Banking charges for credit cards are costly to the club so we respectfully request supporters to use a debit card wherever possible.
There is a cash machine available in the foyer of the Centre Spot (with a withdrawal charge), and there is also a cash machine with free withdrawals at Tesco Express on Sidwell Street (5-minute walk from St James Park).
