We’re no ordinary football club. And our supporters have the chance to prove that once again on Saturday 6th December when we play Burton Albion at St James Park.The fixture, originally scheduled for midweek in March, has been brought forward to the Saturday – which is better suited for many of our supporters. The downside is that it doesn’t leave a lot of time to fill the hospitality suite and attract match sponsors.
That’s where our supporters can play a part. Led by Exeter City Supporters’ Trust, and with the backing of all of our other supporter groups, the Burton Albion fixture will be a Supporter-Sponsored game.
To become a Supporter Sponsor, it costs a minimum of just £5 – and you can opt to be a sponsor regardless of whether or not you are a Trust member, a supporter group member. You don’t even have to be coming to the match to pledge your sponsorship!
All Supporter Sponsors will automatically be entered into a draw with the chance to win one of the following prizes:
• ‘Director for the Day’ package for two*
• Pre-match photos on the pitch with captains and officials*
• Choose the Man of the Match and post-match photo with the winner*
• A City shirt signed by the squad
• A copy of the book ‘Have You Ever Played Brazil?’ signed by Matt Grimes and Christy Pym
*Matchday prizes will only be available to Supporter Sponsors that are attending the fixture
The names of every single Supporter Sponsor will also be listed in a subsequent programme and on a roll of honour on the Supporters’ Trust website. In addition, all Supporter Sponsors at the game will be invited onto the pitch for a joint photograph.
