Help your club this weekend at the Park
If you’re not heading to see the Grecians against Southend United this Saturday (18th October), you can still support City by joining our working party at St James Park from 1pm.Rain stopped play when we last called for a working party two weeks ago, so we’ll go again and try to get the steps around the back of the Stagecoach Family Stand repainted and spruced up in time for our next home game against Wycombe on Tuesday.
It’s a large-scale task – too much for the Estates team to tackle on their own – so your help will be hugely appreciated.
You don’t need experience and equipment – just some old clothes and a cheerful attitude. And furthermore we’ll be listening to the game on BBC Radio Devon from 3pm onwards, so you can come and support City together while you’re helping the club as a team! Refreshments will also be provided in the afternoon and the work will be organised on the day by Deputy Estates Manager Charlie Woolnough.
Supporters that are driving in will be welcome to park in the Fountain Centre car park. Everyone should please enter through the Away Terrace gates.
No need to sign up – just show up on the day from 1pm and help your club.
