Wheeler starts against the Chairboys
Following the 1-1 draw away at Southend United on Saturday, Exeter City manager Paul Tisdale makes one enforced change to the starting XI for the midweek clash with Wycombe Wanderers at St James Park.Liam Sercombe misses out injured, so in steps David Wheeler who played the second period at Roots Hall.
That leaves a space on the bench, which is filled by Ollie Watkins in the only other change.
