A look at how Grecians are getting on away from SJP
FOUR CITY PLAYERS are currently plying their trade away from St James Park as they gain invaluable experience while out on loan.Wondering how they are all getting on? City fan Exiled Grecian has the latest:
Connor Riley-Lowe

Truro were in action in the First Round of the FA Trophy this weekend, as they faced Cirencester Town at home. The hosts were 2-0 up at half-time, but a second-half penalty and a ninety-first minute equaliser put the hosts' chances of reaching the Second Round for the first time in the club's history on ice. Steve Tully's men will play the replay on Tuesday evening. Connor once again featured from the start, as he continues to be an integral player for the Cornish outfit.

Matt Jay
Hayes & Yeading United, National League South (Joined in November, one-month loan)
After getting knocked out of the FA Trophy last week at the hands of Eastbourne Borough, it was back to league action for Hayes & Yeading. They faced a Sutton United side that featured a few familiar faces, with Kevin Amankwaah starting and Stuart Fleetwood on the bench. The former City right-back would cause problems for Garry Haylock's men, as he dazzled his marker with quick feet and a neat turn, before planting a inch-perfect cross for the opening goal twelve minutes in. Ten minutes later it was 2-0 to the visitors, but the hosts did pull one back before half-time.
In the second half it was our very own Matt Jay who had the chance to put things level, but his shot was blocked on the line by a combination of the keeper and a defender following a cut-back by Luke Williams. A late goal for Sutton sealed the defeat for the London side.
