Exeter City are kindly inviting supporters to suggest amendments to the Customer Charter ahead of an internal review.

The Charter is an important document that strengthens the bonds between the Football Club and the community which it serves. Supporter engagement in reviewing our Charter is vital as the Club continually looks for ways of working in consultation with supporters, customers and the community in order to maintain the highest standards of performance in an equal-opportunities environment.
We hope that by allowing our supporters to have their say on the way they are looked after, it will ensure that the Club continues to represent the City of Exeter with pride on a local, national and international stage.
The Club is committed to providing an excellent service for all its supporters and stakeholders. We welcome constructive input from supporters regarding customer improvement and satisfaction, and we value customer feedback on both positive and negative aspects of our business and activities.
