Defender links up with the Terras
Former Exeter City defender Pat Baldwin has linked up with Southern League Premier outfit Weymouth ahead of the new campaign. The 32-year-old centre-half departed St James Park at the end of the season to retire from full-time professional football, but he will now play semi-pro football with the Dorset side.
The Terras are currently managed by former Exeter City goalkeeper Jason Matthews, who represented the Grecians 12 times during the 1999/2000 season. They missed out on a play-off position by just three points last season, as they finished 7th in their division.
Everyone at Exeter City would like to wish Pat and Weymouth well for the new season when it kicks off in August.
