Grecians to travel to Woodspring Stadium
Exeter City will again be visiting Vanarama Conference South side Weston-super-Mare for a pre-season friendly ahead of the 2015/16 season, for a fixture on Wednesday 15th July (kick-off 7.45pm).The Grecians have visited the Woodspring Stadium in each of the last two summer intervals – Exeter were 3-1 winners in 2013, as well as triumphing 1-0 in a friendly last summer thanks to a sole goal by Ollie Watkins, who would later join the Seagulls as a loanee.
This becomes the second pre-season game which has been announced in preparation for the new campaign, following news of the Fluminense Under-19 fixture at St James Park. More friendly fixtures for the off-season, home and away, will be revealed in the coming weeks.
