DAVID NOBLE captains Exeter City tonight, as Paul Tisdale makes three changes to the Exeter City side ahead of the Sky Bet League 2 game against Portsmouth.Manny Oyeleke and Jordan Tillson are back in the starting line-up, while Arron Davies returns from his injury lay-off with a starting berth.
Portsmouth are unchanged from the weekend win over Bristol Rovers that sent them top of League 2.
