All City squad members up for nomination
VOTING IS NOW CLOSED for the 2015/16 Exeter City Player of the Season Award. This season has proved to be an eventful one for the Grecians. City pushed Sunderland close at the Stadium of Light before falling to a 6-3 defeat in the Capital One Cup. Liverpool were taken to a replay in the FA Cup Third Round after a Cup tie in front of millions of TV viewers, and the Devon derby was won home and away. With City now well and truly in a promotion push, there could well be still more success to come.
All current City players were up for nomination, and the winner will be announced and presented on the pitch at the final home match of the regular season, against Morecambe on Saturday 30th April, before a formal presentation at the End of Season Euro Ball on Sunday 8th May at St James Park's Grand Marquee. Christian Ribeiro took the accolade last year, and he's one of a number of City players who look like strong contenders this time around.
The deadline to cast your vote was 12pm on Friday 29th April, one day before our final home game of the season against Morecambe.
All entries completed via the online survey were entered into a random draw, with one lucky voter winning a pair of tickets to the End of Season Euro Ball, where they will present the award to the winning player.
