New system allows you to find lost login details

Don't falter and miss out on the chance to see the Devon derby match on Saturday, September 17, just because you were not registered on the club’s database.
 
The club is reminding fans that the match is an all-ticket game – meaning that there will be no ticket sales on matchday – and supporters must be registered on the club’s database to purchase tickets (a maximum of five per customer).
 
The club currently has more than 12,000 registered supporters so you may already be on our database.
 
If you think you might be registered but have forgotten your password; you can visit tickets.ecfc.co.uk, click on the login button and then click on the forgot my password button.


 
 
Here you will be taken to a page where you will have to fill in four details; your first name, last name, post code and the last four digits of the card you normally use to purchase tickets. If you have those detail we will be able to reset your password using your email address that you have registered with the account.
 

 
If you are not registered with the club the easiest way to do so is to come to the club’s reception, with ID and proof of address (in the form of a letter). You can then register and buy your tickets for the Devon derby at the same time.
 
You can also register online and by calling 01392 411 243. Fans wishing to purchase tickets for the Devon derby are advised to get themselves registered as soon as possible.
