Following high demand for tickets for Exeter City’s first two home games of the League Two season, the club is introducing a priority ticketing system for all the matches at St James Park from October 2017 onwards.
Tickets for all the following months’ home games will go on sale at the start of the previous month. So, for example, the matches at St James Park in January will be put on sale from December 1.
There will be a window of one week, at the start of each month, where the tickets will be on sale to priority members before they get released on general sale.
Priority statuses will be classified into four categories: gold, silver, bronze and community.
Gold members, who will have the opportunity to purchase their tickets first, are supporters who hold three or more years of continuous membership of Exeter City Supporters’ Trust at the time of the fixtures release for sale or a cup fixture is drawn.
Silver members are supporters who are fully paid-up members, at the time of the fixtures release for sale or a cup fixture is drawn, of Exeter City Supporters’ Trust.
Bronze members are season ticket holders or fully paid-up members, at the time of the fixtures release for sale or a cup fixture is drawn, of anyone or more of the affiliated supporters’ groups: Exeter City Supporters’ Club, ExEC-100 Club, Exeter Exiles/London Grecians, North Devon Grecians, Great Western Grecians, East Midlands Grecians, Exeter City Disabled Supporters’ Association, Exeter City Supporters Club of Norway, Red or Dead contributor, 1931 Fund member and Senior Reds.
Junior Grecians are Trust members and therefore qualify for gold or silver priority. This applies to the Junior Grecians member only and therefore parents/guardians should consider Trust membership in order to obtain tickets in the same priority window.
Community members are supporters whose names and contact details are registered with Exeter City but who are not current members of any of the affiliated supporters’ groups. If you are not yet a community member you can be added to our database by bringing a photographic ID to reception at St James Park.
Anyone with a priority status will have a corresponding priority number. Each member will be eligible to purchase one ticket but the Club reserves the right to increase this should operational needs demand. The time-frame for each category of priority sale (gold, silver, bronze, community and general) will be announced when the game is released on sale.
For home cup matches or play-off games, season ticket holders will have the gold and silver phases to claim their normal seat or place in the Thatchers' Big Bank. Thereafter, they will be entitled to purchase a seat or place alongside other bronze phase groups.
If you are unsure what priority status you hold or if you are unsure of your priority number contact reception by ringing 01392 411243 or by emailing reception@ecfc.co.uk/. Season tickets holders will find their priority number on their season ticket.
