City stars serve up Seniors' Christmas Social

Exeter City’s first-team stars were on hand to serve teas, coffees and cakes to the Grecians senior fans at a special festive event held at St James Park.

Over 50 of City’s longest-serving fans were treated an afternoon of fun and games and festive refreshments to say thank you for their continued support.

A packed Supporters’ Trust lounge took part in a Christmas quiz, a game of Bingo, called by born entertainers James Hamon and Pierce Sweeney and a free raffle.

Speaking about the event, City midfielder Lee Holmes said: “It is a privilege to be able to say thank you to our senior fans at this time of year. The players really enjoy this event, and the trip to Bramble Ward and our Meet the Players event in the evening.”

Phil Bater of the Senior Reds supporter group said: “We would like to spread a special thanks to everyone involved in organising the afternoon. Thank you to the players for being wonderful hosts in serving us tea and coffee!”
