Wayne to ensure consistency in coaching methods at all age groups
Wayne Carlisle has been appointed as Exeter City's new head of coaching. The role, which has been made available by a fund from the Football League, will see Wayne work with all age groups to ensure that there is a consistency in coaching methods from the under-9s right the way through to the first team. He will do this by working with the coaches at the club and helping develop them and make sure they are all working from the same page.
It is hoped this will then improve the very good coaching the youngsters already get at Exeter City's academy and make sure they are ready to step into the first team squad when they graduate.
Exeter City wished Wayne all the best in his new role.
