Exeter City is pleased to confirm ticket information to supporters for the Sky Bet League Two play-off final at Wembley Stadium later this month.
Due to the anticipated high volumes and that the Grecians’ infastructure, and staffing is not able to handle the volume of ticket sales for Wembley Stadium in the space of a week. Therefore the club are using Ticket Zone to sell play-off final tickets. Therefore do not phone or visit the club with the view to purchasing tickets.
HOW TO BUY
Tickets are ONLY available online at https://ticketzone.queue-it.net/?c=ticketzone&e=exetercityfc or over the phone on 0844 248 1123 OPTION 2 ONLY, please do not choose OPTION 3 as that is for disabled/accessibility ONLY. (calls cost 7p per min plus standard network charges, mobile rates may vary). There will be no tickets available for sale in person at the Exeter City ticket office for this match.
Due to the anticipated demand the club and Ticket Zone recommend booking online as the easiest and most convenient method of booking. Supporters will also be able to view a Wembley seating plan online and choose which block they would like to sit in.
Disabled customers requiring wheelchair bay or disabled access tickets should call Ticket Zone on 0844 248 1123 (Option 3) and specify their accessibility needs.
ALLOCATION AND PRICES
Exeter will be allocated an initial 20,000 tickets for the West End of Wembley Stadium.
Pricing categories at Wembley Stadium are split into six sections and there is also a concession rate for senior citizens (anyone born before January 1, 1954) and children aged 16 and under.
Adult prices
Category 1: £60 Adults, £30 Concessions
Category 2: £48 Adults, £24 Concessions
Category 3: £44 Adults, £22 Concessions
Category 4: £38 Adults, £19 Concessions
Category 5: £32 Adults, £16 Concessions
Category 6: £26 Adults, £13 Concessions
The price categories will be sold on a first come first served basis and are subject to availability.

Tickets will be available on general sale to all supporters from 12pm Friday 19th May
Ticket purchases are limited to eight per transaction.

Family Area – Wembley Stadium have designated 1,700 seats in Blocks 137 to 140 in the West side of the Stadium as a Family Area for Exeter City supporters. Tickets in this area are only available to fans that are purchasing 16 and under tickets at a ratio of no more than one adult for one child, at a maximum of four children for every adult ticket.
Supporters wishing to sit in the Family Area should indicate to Ticket Zone when booking via the telephone, or select these sections when booking online.
Singing Section: Blocks 132 to 135 have been designated ‘Singing Sections’. Supporters wishing to sit in a Singing Section should indicate to Ticket Zone when booking via the telephone, or select these sections when booking online. Please note, this will not be for families etc.
GROUP BOOKINGS
Group Bookings are available for tickets purchases of 10+ via Ticket Zone on 0844 248 1123. Group purchases will be dispatched Special Next Day Delivery for a fee of £7.50 per order. Please note that the booker information and seat details for any group booking for 10 or more tickets are passed to the EFL, as dictated by the EFL rules.
BOOKING FEES
There is a £2.25 per ticket booking fee for every ticket sold online or over the phone.
POSTAGE
£1.95 per booking.
16 Years and Under – All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Babies – Babies/babes in arms will be allowed, all children aged two and over must have a valid ticket for themselves.

CROWD FLAGS AND MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS
Any supporters wishing to take flags or musical instruments to Wembley Stadium must obtain permission. Please contact reception@ecfc.co.uk to request permission. Anyone wishing to gain entry to Wembley Stadium carrying flags or musical instruments without prior permission will not be permitted to enter with them.

CAR PARKING
Parking for supporters and supporters coaches can be purchased via www.wembleyofficialparking.com or 0208 903 6966. Coach parking is charged at £65.00 per coach and car parking is charged at £30 per car.
