Exeter City manager Paul Tisdale has been nominated for the League Two manager of the month award for September having guided the Grecians to five wins from their last seven matches.
City began the month with a win over high-flying Newport County before going on to beat Forest Green Rovers and Barnet on the road. They returned to St James Park on September 16 to win 3-0 against Crewe Alexandra before back-to-back defeats against Coventry and Notts County halted their progress.
However, they got back to winning ways on Saturday with a 4-1 victory over Morecambe to stay second in the table - level on points with league leaders Notts County.
Tis won the August League Two manager of the month award - his first victory in 11 nominations - having guided the Grecians to the top of the table in the opening month of the campaign.
However, he faces tough competition to pick up the award this month from Notts County manager Kevin Nolan - who has picked up 18 points from a possible 21 in September - and Accrington Stanley's John Coleman and Coventry City's Mark Robins.
