Exeter City will be looking to get their Under-23 Premier League Cup group campaign off to a winning start when they face Hull City away this evening.
The match, which is being played at North Ferriby United’s Eon Visual Media Stadium, will see a number of players on the fringes of City starting XI taking on the Tigers’ development squad who are unbeaten in their last six league matches following a 3-2 win over Huddersfield Town last time out.
City and Hull are in group H of the competition, along with Brighton & Hove Albion and Sunderland. The team will play each other home and away before the top two teams from the group go through to the knockout stages.
Prices for tonight’s match are £4 for adults and £2 for concessions. City will be providing half-time and full-time updates via Twitter and Facebook. However, you will be able to get minute-by-minute coverage on Twitter by following @Tigers_Academy
The first home match for City in this competition will be on Monday, December 4, when they host Brighton at St James Park.
