Exeter City's matchday programme The Grecian has been voted the best in League Two at the Midlands Programme Club awards.
The awards - which is open to every team in the EFL to enter - is one of few that judges matchday programmes and is held in high regards amongst football clubs.
In choosing Exeter City's programme as the best in Sky Bet League Two, the Midlands Programme Club said: "The quality of the matchday programme for the 2018/19 season is excellent, however, yours stood out from the others and received some excellent feedback from the panel of judges for its layout, informative articles, 84 pages with plenty of reading material, great use of colour, eye-catching first impression of the cover. Pages dedicated to younger supporters, youth, academy, ladies and community. Overall, a brilliant issue and great value for money at only £3."
As always at Exeter City, the success owes a great deal to the work of volunteers who regularly take time and effort to send in articles. Programme editor Simon Larkins, praised the effort and commitment they have shown.
"It is great that the programme has been recognised as the best in League Two," he said. "It is a well-deserved reward for the many people that help put the programme together and make it looks so splendid. From the designers, Seen in Design, photographers Pinnacle, companies who back the programme with their excellent adverts and the people who regularly supply written copy and pictures for the magazine. It is nice to see all of their hard work pay off."
Marcus Page, creative director of Seen in Design, who took over the design of the programme in the summer, added: "Whenever we take on a project we always try to raise the bar and add our stamp of creativity. The ECFC team have always supplied us with superb content, making our job relatively simple in maximising the programme's impact.
"To have the layout and especially the covers recognised for their eye-catching appeal is very satisfying. Our goal from the start was that we wanted the fans to feel these programmes were very collectable as a season-long series."
