Tickets are now on general sale for City’s rearranged match against Forest Green Rovers on Wednesday, January 31, 7:45pm kick-off.
The original fixture, played on Boxing Day, was abandoned at half-time due to a waterlogged pitch with the scores level at 0-0.
In line with the club’s customer charter, a number of procedures have been put in place for those fans that attended the abandoned match on December 26, 2017, with them being given a 50 per cent discounted price of the already reduced prices for the rearranged game.
Tickets are now on general sale for the match. Vouchers and prepaid tickets can still be used to purchase at the cheaper rate.
Forest Green Rovers: Take 5
Supporters who purchased advance tickets for the game on Boxing Day – for example anyone who did not pay on the gate and who is not a season ticket holder – will be sent an email with a link that entitles them to purchase a ticket for the rearranged game at a discounted rate of 50 per cent.
Anyone who bought an advanced ticket for the original game but is not emailed can buy in person or over the phone (01392 411243) subject to confirmation that they are eligible.
SEASON TICKET HOLDERS
Season ticket holders will be sent their replacement match ticket by second class post, starting today, at no additional cost. Season ticket holders may also receive an automatically generated email confirming their order has been processed.
VOUCHER HOLDERS
Anyone wishing to use a voucher received after the abandonment must bring the vouchers to the club to redeem and access the 50 per cent discounted ticket. This can be redeemed in the ticket office/club shop during the week or at the ticket booth on the night of the game.
Please note vouchers cannot be redeemed at the turnstiles on the night of the rearranged match.
The ticket booth will be open prior to our Under-23 Premier League Cup match with Hull City on Monday, January 22, for fans to get their discounted ticket for the rearranged Forest Green Rovers game.

Flexi codes are not applicable to this match due to the discounted prices in place.

We have made every effort to reduce the prices for the rearranged match for those fans that attended the original game on Tuesday, December 26.
However, there are some considerable costs that the club has to incur when staging a competitive fixture, even if that match is abandoned at half-time, and then there are further costs for the rearranged match.
Therefore, as a supporter-owned club, we hope fans will understand the situation and prices above for the match on Wednesday, January 31.
No refunds for those who attended the game on December 26 are available.
