Exeter City Football Club is delighted to reveal the new home kit that Matt Taylor’s Grecians will proudly wear during the 2018/19 EFL Sky Bet League Two campaign.
Joma has created a bespoke new home playing shirt that respects the history and traditions of Exeter City Football Club, using the clubs Red and White stripes as the main feature.
The new shirt stands out for its Mao collar incorporating a hidden button strip and elastic ribbing to assist fit and comfort whilst representing the club’s colours. The same detailing can also be appreciated in the shirt’s sleeve cuffs.
This time around, sublimation has been replaced by a knitted yard dyed high level technical fabric that offers the players increased comfort, perspiration and breathability.
The shirt is paired with Black shorts with a white side panel and black and white hooped socks.
The striking new design incorporates the redesigned Exeter City badge to both the shirt and shorts, which gives a stronger identity to the kit.
The Grecians will continue with the popular fluorescent yellow kit as the club’s away strip. It has proved popular with the first-team and has picked up some impressive results on the road over the past two seasons.
The Flybe-inspired third shirt will remain in use for the 2018/19 season. It features Flybe’s main colour of purple, with a striking white collar and is punctuated with a line of Flybe’s recognisable red, white and yellow stripes.
The new shirt will be available from 5pm on Wednesday, July 11 from the launch event at St James Park (details to follow) and online, and will priced at £42 for adults and £32 for children.
Shorts are priced at £18 for adults and £15 for children. Adult socks retail at £10 and children socks £8.
