Exeter City’s pre-season campaign continues as they make the trip to Cornwall to take on Truro City on Thursday in a 7pm kick-off at Treyew Road.
The match will be the first opportunity to see the first team players in action as Matt Taylor readies his squad for the upcoming 2018/19 campaign. New summer signings Aaron Martin, Jonathan Forte, Nicky Law and Tristan Abrahams are expected to feature for the Grecians as they continue to settle into their new club.
Midfielder Jake Taylor, who is also likely to play a part in the fixture, is enjoying getting back to work in pre-season.
He said: “The first week has been really good. It’s nice to see the new boys settling in as well, we’ve had some tough sessions which is what pre-season is all about.
“When you get the friendlies going it’s good to get a grip for the team and the new players around you. It’s something we are all excited for and we can’t wait for the games to come.”
