A new non-emergency match day text service has been launched with the aim of helping to ensure that St James Park remains a safe, family friendly environment for all supporters.
If you need help or want to report an incident at St James Park, all you need to do is text ‘HELP ECFC’ to 62277.
The service is free to use, and you will get an immediate reply with a form where you can submit the incident/feedback.
The service aims to help:
- Reduce foul and abusive language
- Eradicated threatening behaviour
You can also leave:
- Feedback on stewards and club staff
- Any concerns over safety
